3. Order Placement and Acceptance

When you place an order on our website, you are making an your offer to purchase selected items. We are able to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion. A confirmation email from us is not a guarantee of acceptance of your order.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are as Indian Rupees (INR) and include taxes applicable to the purchase. Payment must be paid in total when you purchase by using the payment options that are available. We accept a variety of payment options such as debit/credit accounts, debit cards and UPI.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We offer free shipping to India. We cannot be held accountable for delays caused by third-party shipping companies.

6. Returns and Refunds

Our return policy allows returns only for defective or damaged products. For a return to be initiated we must be notified within 5 days after receiving your order. The item should be unopened and within its packaging in the original condition and with the invoice. Refunds are processed following an inspection and approval.

The cancellation of orders is only possible in the event that they have not yet been sent. Once an order is shipped, cancellations aren't feasible. In these instances we recommend you check our return policy to get further assistance.
